Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of marlunetechnologies.com. They are deliberately short, because this is an informational website rather than a service you sign into.
Last updated: 11 August 2026
1. Who these terms are with
This website is operated by Marlune Technologies LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, with its registered office at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (“Marlune Technologies”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
2. Scope
These terms apply to this website only. Our applications and services are governed by their own end-user licence agreements or terms of service, presented to you before you install, subscribe to or use them. Where those product terms conflict with these, the product terms prevail for that product.
3. Permitted use
You may read, print and share the content of this website for lawful, personal or internal business purposes. You may link to it freely. You may not:
- use the site in a way that breaks any applicable law or infringes anyone's rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system, or to interfere with its normal operation;
- place a disproportionate load on our infrastructure through automated requests, scraping or similar activity;
- introduce malware or any other harmful code;
- use our name, logo or brand in a way that suggests an endorsement, affiliation or partnership that does not exist;
- reproduce substantial parts of the site's content commercially without our written permission.
Good-faith security research is welcome and is not a breach of these terms. Please follow the disclosure statement on our contact page.
4. Intellectual property
The content of this website — text, design, layout, graphics, source code and the “Marlune” and “Marlune Technologies” names and logo — is owned by Marlune Technologies LLC or used with permission, and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use our trademarks. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
5. Accuracy and availability
We take reasonable care to keep this site accurate and current, but its content is provided for general information. Descriptions of products in development reflect our intentions at the time of writing and are not commitments, promises of a release date, or a guarantee that a particular feature will exist in a released product.
We do not guarantee that the site will be available without interruption or free of errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time, and we may amend these terms; the version published here at the time of your visit is the one that applies.
6. Third-party links
Where this site links to a website we do not operate, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites, are not responsible for their content, and their inclusion does not imply endorsement. Their own terms and privacy practices apply once you leave our site.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, this website is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Marlune Technologies LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, this website.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
8. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in the State of Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings before your local courts — in which case that right is unaffected.
10. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, that provision is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder stays in force. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Marlune Technologies LLC concerning this website. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
